Two linked shrines, each fronted by a large monolithic Nandi pavilion, sit on a star-shaped platform whose walls run in continuous horizontal bands of elephants, lions, horsemen, epic scenes and deities. It too is part of the UNESCO "Sacred Ensembles of the Hoysalas".
